  • I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again! The service department is HORRIBLE! They WILL NOT respond to messages OR even answer the phone when you call! I took my truck in to have a backup camera installed, they tried to charge me double the installation price than they had quoted my husband on 2 occasions. I guess they thought they could scam a "dumb female"! Make an appointment for an oil change, better be ready to wait 4 HOURS! EVERY time we have to deal with this place it's an absolute nightmare! I will never buy another Dodge vehicle, they DO NOT care about their customers!! Will rip you off any way they can, then just not even answer the phone! Called corporate and THEY couldn't even get them to answer! HORRIBLE
