  • This is probably the fifth or sixth time I've had my nails done here. The only reason I decided to go is because I received a gift certificate and it was open on a Sunday. I rarely can afford to get my nails done so I waited about 6 MONTHS and finally got a mani pedi with my mom for her mother's day present. First off they took two people in front of us even though we were there before them because they wanted to have us to sit together which is understandable. I noticed the "cleaning" of the pedicure bed was a splash of cleaner and rinse, not a scrub. I decided to try to not let this bother me and enjoy the experience. Then I decided to go for the upgrade a $50 mani pedi which includes a paraffin wax, the nail tech convinced me to do the seaweed wrap instead and I specifically asked her does this go on the feet and legs. She obviously didn't understand me or simply wasn't listening because she only put it on my legs. I then told her I only paid the extra ten dollars to help my feet, not my legs. I am not usually one to write a long review but I have to say I am truly disappointed in the paint job I received. I pointed out to her while painting my toes she did not get glitter on the bottom and asked her to redo it, she still didn't cover the whole nail leaving spots. I basically could of done a better job myself and I have the nail skills of a five year old. My feet still feel rough and have calluses even though I spent an extra $20 to get them removed. I then also noticed she came back with the pink tool that scrubbed my feet and put it back in her desk making me assume she washed it in the sink and def did not let it soak in any cleaner. While doing my manicure she skipped the hot gloves listed on the steps for having me soak my fingers in a cold bowl of water for maybe 30 seconds and when I pointed out her skipping the step she said it wasn't included. Then I pointed it out on the written list and she said the cold water did the same thing. Basically it was very rushed and poorly done and my mom was not satisfied with hers either. Long story short there are much better salons who will take their time on your nails and leave your feet soft NOT ROUGH! Next time I will go to a different salon and probably spend less money and leave happy. Also the reason I stopped going in the first place is because I had my eyebrows done there twice and the woman's hands smelled of cigarettes making me think she didn't clean her hands properly. I take my cleanliness very seriously and the way they handled their tools truly upset me besides the fact I spend over $100 dollars of my hard earned money and will have to give myself another pedicure tomorrow at home and touch of the paint in the places she didn't get. Think twice before going here.
