| - This place is really a great hidden gem. We drove up expecting a small local bakery with a dine in section but we were surprised to find a large-scale operation with lots to offer. I was almost overwhelmed with all the choices because there were so many options: loaf bread, dinner rolls, soft pretzels, buns, muffins, danishes, bundt cakes, pound cakes, and much more. Just to be clear: this is a walk-in, buy-your-stuff, walk-out (no frills) kind of place. We bought a huge loaf of sliced sour dough, a still warm cheese danish (to die for), and a mini pound cake--all for roughly $7 and some change. Everything is really affordable and (from what I've tried so far) very yummy. This isn't like some "fancy" bakeries where the food looks gorgeous but rarely tastes very good... The cheese danish I had wasn't the prettiest pastry I ever tried, but it may have been the best tasting. Give this place a try and your inner carb lover will thank you!
