Dec 22, 2015: My large family, ages 8-60 went to this place. I would have given a much higher rating if it was not for our experience with several employees that were out-of-line. Both times we entered the laser tag room, an employee YELLED at everyone to shut-up so he could talk and made all kinds of threats if we didn't listen to him. He was very disrespectful and far more immature than the few kids who were talking. This was quite unnecessary, he seemed to either be showing off for someone or floating on a power trip of some sort. In addition, the young man stationed at the front entrance was unable to answer the simple questions we had for him regarding the establishment. He either seemed mentally disabled or impaired. The concept is great, the place is great, but the employees definitely need customer service training.
