  • Argued with customers. Absolutely unprofessional and lacked any tact. I've rented many cars from many companies and have never had to state at the beginning of the transaction that we will have a second driver. The two morning employees today insisted that it is our responsibility to state what options we want and not theirs. They claimed it was our responsibility to tell them that we have a second driver, crossing borders, needing insurance coverage and such. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Every other company has a checklist that they complete that goes over options available and the customer is not required to state at the beginning. For future rental needs, I, my family and associates will not be using this company.
