  • I've been here a few times and I've had some really great help. However, this last time I was in there one of the salon workers was in the product area helping someone pick a product. When she finished she asked me and another lady if we needed help. The lady next to me said that she needed help finding a conditioner and I kid you not, the ladies response was "You need a haircut. That's what you need" and proceeded to hand the customer a business card. I realize this doesn't capture the attitude of the whole store, but if that had been my only experience I would do whatever I could to find my products elsewhere. That is a horrible way to treat customer.
