  • Very disappointed in this pet co. Multiple employees on a "smoke" break, two employees in the store. One was not even able to stop from "texting" while talking to customers or standing by the register. I have worked in retail for many years and this was totally uncalled for. If your helping customers don't be on your phone at the exact same time. Wanted to buy some reptiles but refuse to give my money to a store that has made me this upset.
