  • I was out of town and my cat sitter reported the door would not close - it was no longer level. I called several places, and Precision promised they would be out in an hour. More than 2.5 hours later the tech arrives. He charged $250+ to get the door evened out, with two new brackets. But apparently he insufficiently tightened the cables, because the next attempt at raising was a fail. would you call this company back out to finish what they started? I didn't either.
