  • DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THE FRONT DESK SAYS. I am vacating the storage facility. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Upon opening the representative tried to charge me above the $1 dollar stated rate, after arguing with the man at the front desk we got that rectified, I called to give 3 day notice that I was moving out and that was never recorded. No we have a moving company coming to pick up our goods to move across the country and the rep won't let them on the property, even though we asked them explicitly!! If that was available. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THE FRONT DESK SAYS.
