  • Hotel I use the Hilton chain whenever I can, so having to fly out of Charlotte on a Sunday morning, we chose this location as it was super convenient to the airport. Your standard HGI in terms of set up and amenities. For some odd reason, I booked it through Expedia which totally messed them up- it didn't pick up my HHonors number, it booked me into a handicap room and the front desk seemed totally at a loss as to how to undo both of those things. Since it was a one-night stand, so to speak, I just went with it but really felt bad that I might be taking a room from someone that actually needed it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable so they may want to check on that. Service was as expected and the small garden and firepit was a nice touch to sit by while having a cocktail. It got the job done and is also currently expanding so expect to see some construction going on at this time. Large parking in front.
