  • I have had 2 separate houses listed for sale where we've replaced the water heaters by ANOTHER plumbing company that we are very happy with. Interestingly enough, both of these vacant houses have been visited by someone representing this plumbing company using a lockbox. Why would they visit a house listed for sale when we did not call them out? This individual has removed the identifying sticker placed by our plumber on the water heater, and have put their own sticker on the water heater in its place - in theory to make it look like they were the ones to install the water heater and thus get the new homeowner's future business. Of note, they also go by "Always Open Plumbing" according to their contractors license number. I wonder how many other people they do this to? UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! Ask yourself...If they would do something this stupid, backhanded and shady, what else will they do???
