  • My husband and I went here for the first time today. We got an invitation in the mail to see the new fashion exhibit and Michaelangelo's art work. Well the invitation had a special offer for membership pricing and my husband forgot it... and we live out in Gilbert. Amy E. at the front desk was very kind, friendly, professional, and understanding- she agreed to honor the special anyway so we got a couple year memberships. I love exceptional customer service- thank you!! She took the time to explain the whole museum to us, the best routes, and she pointed out some not to miss pieces. It was SO helpful. Refreshing when someone can take time with you and engage with you! :) Also interesting tip- apparently my husband can get in free for being a student through the Maricopa Community Colleges- wow (bring your student ID)! Of course I believe there is still a cost for certain special exhibitions/events- but still that is pretty good. No water bottles allowed and the parking situation is a little iffy. Still, we really enjoyed the art museum thoroughly . It was nice to see historical pieces and modern pieces. The Firefly work is awe inspiring. I am very happy we came here and we look forward to continue to visit regularly.
