  • By far one of the worst tenant experiences I've ever had, a nice layout & paint job is the best and only good things to say about this place, not only is it overpriced but the water is shut off for pipe repairs almost on a routine basis, sometimes for even 8-10 hrs at a time, not only that but the parking is absolute shit, you're better off trying to find a needle in a haystack than trying to find a spot to park here. Have fun walking across the entire complex! All bc management refuses to issue parking permits, BUT WAIT! THERES MORE! & when you're done with you're trek from your car to your apartment, you get to hear all the neighbors baby mama drama, or the neighbors kids playing the drums at 7 in the fucking morning, and then be kept up at night by the numerous hobos dumpster diving in the middle of the night. I should just bring it up to management right? Tried that, still walking miles to get home, still hearing LaFonda y'all at her baby daddy to leave her side dude alone, & still hearing bozo the clown dig the RENT MONEY THAT IM THROWING IN THE TRASH out of the dumpster in the middle of the night. My advice, save your money & buy a home, or stay at the Regal Suites, it's the same environment just without the pretty paint job! Like the saying goes "you can polish a turd all you want, but it's still SHIT!" Yours Truly, fix the fucking parking issue -5 Star Rating
