  • Horrible service. We have taken our 2014 Dodge truck there twice, and have had to take it right back because of issues caused by their service techs...and THEN they want to charge you for the repairs!! Better yet, the Service Manager makes no effort to resolve the issues.... I oversee 4500 apartments units in the service area of this dealership; I will make it my mission to inform our residents to take their business elsewhere for sales & service. I will include this information in every move-in package and resident newsletters/Resident Portals...they might be the top selling dealership, but what good is that if the Service Department can't back up Sales Department...no one really cares once you sign the contract!
