  • A1 came highly recommended from a friend, so i gave them a call on a Sunday morning. I told them i needed a motor installed and to my surprise the rep on the phone informed me that an opening was available in the next two hours. I scheduled them and my serviceman Jason's info was texted to me. He called to let me know his appointment was running a little late and that he would be there as quick as he could. He arrived, assessed my situation and installed the opener. He had a little difficulty with a defective motion sensor, and ended up having remove and replace the sensors. In 100+ tempreture. He kept his cool, took care of the problem and got the door working properly. He is friendly, knowledgeable and I'm extremely happy with his work knowing my opener has a lifetime warranty and a great team to back it up. Thanks A-1!
