Had been a patient for many years and recently was asked by the doctor to find another endocrinologist - in other words asked not to return. I refused to take drugs she prescribed for bone density and pre-diabetes after reading reviews from others using those medications. Personally, I prefer a more natural approach to my issues. It wasn't so bad that I predictably had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes with an appointment - the fact that never once was there an apology for keeping me waiting. In one instance, I left her office without seeing her at all. After waiting one hour and ten minutes I asked how many patients were ahead of me. The front desk gal said one or two. I was livid, asked for my blood test results and left. It's as though the doctor's time is more important than mine. If you have the time and patience, go for it. After my final visit, I sent a letter to the doctor expressing my frustrations with her staff and lack of respect towards patients - never heard anything back.
