  • perfect apartments if you go to ASU. its practically across the street from the tempe campus. ive been living here since the last owner and the prices went up a bit since the new owners took it over but it came with extras. free cable and internet. a small gym and 3 pools in the complex and they added a security guard and security cameras so it feels a little safer at night. The best part about the new owners is the staff. the office staff is pretty chill and they close till 7pm which is nice because you can rent a bike there and the office always has cookies and coffee. the maintenance staff is super helpful and there is always someone around if you need work done.
