  • We interviewed 3 realtors prior to listing our house, but once we met Chris the decision to list with him was easy. His professionalism and presentation truly impressed us. Within a day or two he brought a professional photographer to take pictures of our home and the results were spectacular. We did not put the house on the market until we had moved out and within 24 hours, he brought us an offer OVER LIST PRICE! The transaction closed in 40 days but not without some headache as the buyer's lender was slow to perform and not always communicative. Chris remained in constant touch with us (we had moved out of state) and was very determined to get the deal done. His level head and commitment to detail was quite remarkable. It would be foolish to list your home with anyone other than Chris Patrick!
