  • Worst sprint store I have ever been to. Not only is the wait time atrocious but EVERY time I have come here they have always messed something up and taken way longer than necessary to help me. I tried activating a phone on their network and it took them over an hour before they told be if wouldn't work. They also charged me for each chip they wasted trying to make it work as an activation fee. I was livid after I logged onto my account and saw my bill. I had to drive back to get a refund because customer service would not process my request. Honestly sprint in general sucks.
