First off, let me say that I've been eating at different Cafe Rio locations in the valley for years and have filled no less than three of their stamp cards so I'm not new to their set-up. My bf and I always get extra pico on our salads and we've never been denied this request until today. The older Hispanic lady who helped me just ignored me when I told her TWICE that I need extra pico on my two salads. Is this some kind of a cost-cutting strategy? If it is it's very ineffective cuz it's actually more costly to lose a customer over an extra scoop of pico de Gallo. Unbelievable.
