  • on my last visit on Thursday March 2, 3:30 pm (incase management sees this) the girl working the counter was EXTREMELY rude and sarcastic and was arguing with me about my trial period length. When I went to ask questions of the dates and potential membership she just cut me off and talked over me. It was embarrassing because there were other customers waiting in the front lobby. I left immediately and will not return to become a member after my experience with her. The other girls though had been very sweet. Too bad a good week ended on a terrible note. Lost my business with poor customer service.
