Wish I could give it less.
We went into this location looking for a sofa and actually purchased it. Well ark east we thought we did.
After spending an hour doing paperwork, setting up delivery and then cashing out we were relatively pleased. We heard some less than pleasant opinions on Structube but we're giving it a chance. We left the store had lunch, did grocery shopping and then received a call. It was the sales person. Apparently he forgot to check the inventory. The sofa was not available. To make things worse he then insisted we drive all the way back so he could issue a refund on our credit card because he "couldn't" do it over the phone. I'm not in retail (my partner is) and even I knew that was bs.
But wait. There's more....
I probably wouldn't have even placed this review 3 weeks later if they didn't decide to send me spam emails today. I was told they needed my email address so they could send me my receipt and for the delivery company to better coordinate. After checking that it wasn't going to be used for marketing material I provided it and then was handed an paper invoice.
