I have to admit, I was hesitant - the reviews online were mixed and I've not had great luck finding authentic food in the area. I was pleasantly mistaken. Mallorca was fabulous! As a group, we had Paella, Camarones Costa Del Sol, Camarones Enchilados and Monkfish Enchilado plus two appetizers: the Chorizo and Chipirones (baby calamari stuffed with prosciutto). Spanish rice and thick potato chips accompanied everything (except the paella of course). The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The enchilado sauce was wonderful - a rich tomato base with nice spice. The head waiter had a great poker face but was a lot of fun. Somehow he managed to get through the lengthy list of specials from memory. He was very knowledgeable about all the dishes and was happy to answer all our questions. There was so much on the menu we didn't get a chance to try - we're definitely going back for more!
