  • 8/4/17- 7:54pm. Whoever was working here needs serious help with customer service . I just purchased a new mod 9 days ago from this place after being hesitant for a long time. I specifically wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to replace my coil frequently and instead have had issue after issue with my coil. Every two days my coil has burnt. After the first two burnt, I came to this store and asked them why this could be happening. This was on Monday , 7/31/17. They said maybe I was burning too high, which I was not , I was at 35/40 on an 80 watt mod. Whatever I wasn't upset yet just annoyed. Bought two more coils. Again Wednesday my coil burnt , replaced it again. Friday burned again so after work came back once again to figure out what the heck was going on. When I arrived I expressed my issues more in a sad time. The sole employee there started chuckling and giggling saying "what do you want me to do about it, I just work here." I asked why he's laughing it's not right purchasing a new item then having to go through 4 coils in 9 days. He then said " call the manufacturer or buy some more coils what do I expect him to do and by the way I wasn't laughing at you. You getting upset with me when I just work here isn't helping your situation." This is not what you say to someone who is upset, someone who had become loyal to your business and was bringing people here. I was not eden upset at this point but after his condescending attitude I started getting more upset and I asked him to call a manager. He reluctantly did and while explaining my situation to the manager he was completely inaccurate . He started telling the manager I was making a scene saying my coils burning fast which he doesn't know why and what can he do to get me out of the store. After he gets off the phone he says look my manager says you can either buy new coils or leave. So after the last 5-6 months of coming here weekly , after just purchasing an item that was clearly wrong and after voicing my frustration with having to continue to buy new coils for a device I bought 9 days ago that is how you are going to treat customers. At this point I was very upset so I raised my voice and voiced my concerns, he said in a condescending tone well I'll just spend $4.00 of my own money to buy you a coil if it gets you out of here and you can't afford $4.00. Are you serious? My point wasn't about affording $4.00 it was upset on frequently having to pay for new coils for a device I just bought. It didn't end here, 3 people had walked in after we did he goes to help them first. I had two people with me who also wanted juice, so instead of helping my party he goes to them and makes us wait longer. I go to my car and try to call other vape stores. I find one on spring mountain which was a ways and they were open till 4am and apologized for my bad experience at this store which is not even their fault and told me to come in and they will take care of me for this stores error. So I call my friends and we leave to another shop who ended up giving me free coils and free juice after we bought 4 bottles. Your unwillingness to help a customer who you had earned several customers from has now lost you a loyal customer as well people they have brought you. Thanks a lot.
