  • I've been getting my car detailed here for years and have always recommended them to family and friends. Unfortunately, the last few times I've taken my car in for a detail the job that has been done has been below average. The last 3 times, no air freshener added when they ask what scent I would like. The first time, I brought my car back. The last 2 times, forget it, I'm too busy. This last time I had a gift card which my husband had purchased for me for $200, not only did I not get any air freshener, my seats were wet for 5 days. That has never happened before and my car smells like mildew. My car was detailed on Oct 31. It is now Nov 10. Everyone who has gotten into my car has asked me "what's that smell?" On top of all of that, my drink holders and change holder had this brown "gunk" inside that I wiped out myself. Granted, was probably my brown "gunk" to start with, but why pay for a detail? On top of all of that I tip the detailers $30. I won't return to this business again.
