| - I am a GrubHub driver who had a very nasty encounter with the manager, who later said he was the owner, of this location, Steve. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I checked in with them to let them know I was there to pick up. The person working the counter didn't ask who the order was for or anything, just said "oh it will be a few minutes." After waiting for over 30 minutes, I approached Steve at the hostess counter and confirmed he was the manager. After simply asking what was taking the order so long, he proceeded to be very rude and say things like "well I have over 100 customers in here right now" and "Maybe you shouldn't accept orders from us next time"and "Grubhub isn't the only delivery platform so I'll just cancel" I was trying to remain professional during this whole thing but Steve made it impossible to do so. What he should of said was "let me check on that for you." But no, instead Steve was very unprofessional. After I asked another employee if the order was done, he put his hands on my shoulders in an attempt to move me out of public eye and into the kitchen. After instructing Steve to not put his hands on me, I willingly moved into the kitchen to hopefully get an answer. Steve then claims to be the owner of all Blueberry Hill locations all of sudden and brings the employee that supposedly takes the online orders into the situation and she proceeds to verbally attack me even though I never said a word to her. Come to find out, the customer's food had been sitting on the kitchen out window the whole time I was there from the beginning.
