  • Worst place to go for your nails. You pay for the drinks but not the quality of the service.....which is why you go to the nail salon. They did a horrible job on my gel polish. It is not smooth or even. I asked for a gel polish and he charged me for a gel manicure and said its because he had to trim a nail. I did not do lotion or any of the "manicure" features but for some reason got charged for something I never asked for or received. The top coats that they use are not OPI top coats. The top coat is in some green Polished bottle?!. It is evident that it is some cheap alternative to a nice top coat finish. My nails feel sticky, rough, and thin because of the awful top coat. The MOST important part of my review is that this place is NOT sanitary. My normal nail salon in CLT (which was booked yesterday) always opens up a clean pack of nail utensils and tools for each client. Polished uses the same tools on every single person. Someone's old cuticles were on the cuticle clipper he tried to use on me. That is so unsafe and how diseases are spread. I'm surprised my nails didn't bleed from how hard he filled my skin instead of my nails. Avoid going here at all costs if you care about sanitation and quality
