  • I drive a 2008 Chevy Aveo and it sucks. When the driver's side window mysteriously disappeared, I tried to find a cheap replacement, but I could only buy either the whole mirror head for a gajillion dollars, or just the glass, with no backing plate, for $20. Obviously I went with just the glass. But I was still at a loss for how to affix it to the mirror head mechanism thingy. Knowing it's bad manners to bring your own glass to an auto glass place, I sheepishly went to Ryan's Auto Glass on Main Street in Sharpsburg and asked for help. Todd was super friendly and no-nonsense, and just did the job. He didn't even charge me a service fee. I will definitely be going back there, with legitimate business and not my sad problems, in the future.
