I have to update my review, because of the unexpected reaction from HRPC I received. Last week I received a call from Dr. Brian, one of the practice owners. He had followed-up on every one of the issues I encountered one by one, and discussed what went wrong and what they were doing to correct it. The level of attention he gave to the issue is something I've learned to no longer expect from the medical field, but he proved me wrong. Most importantly to me personally, was that he was extremely apologetic and very sincere in his efforts to correct the wrong. He felt terrible someone going to his practice had felt this way, and you could tell he really cared about his patients and their experience. I have never spoken to a doctor who cares so much about their patients total experience at their practice, not just the medical outcomes. Typically a complaint like this gets funneled to an office manager and if you're lucky they are good and care. But almost never do I see a doctor get involved in the front office operations. It was truly refreshing and if it avoids having other women experience the darkness I felt that day, I will rest easily. Even though I did seek service elsewhere, I want to thank Dr. Brian for his compassion.
