The driver was not the issue. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. It's the billing that sucks.
I was given a very accurate estimate in the beginning and signed for a charge on my card. What did the billing staff do? Overcharge me by 20 dollars and I got slapped with my banks overage fee.
I've been going back and forth with their billing office for two weeks now and more or less nothing has been done. The lady that processes card payments has yet to get back to me and doesn't even have her own mailbox. Obviously, they are understaffed and technologically impaired.
