I bought tires here in Feb 2014. Once the weather changed in November the tires began losing air pressure every night. I know it's normal for tires to lose pressure in cold weather but this was 6-8 PSI every few days. I fought with the corporate office for 2-3 months trying to get them to fix whatever was wrong with these tires even though they weren't even a year old. I finally got them to agree and was contacted by the asst service. manager on a Wednesday and he told me I had an appt for Friday At 5:30. I get there at 5:25 and the guy working behind the counter tells me I don't have an appt in the book. So after arguing with him he looks at his paperwork and sees that the asst manager put me on for Thursday at 5:30. He then tells me it'll cost $47 dollars just for them to take my car in the shop. I tell him how these are new tires and I was told they would be repaired for free. He didn't want to hear it so I walked out. I called the corporate office and told them I was filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania attorney generals office and their attitude changed instantly. I was put in contact with the service manager and everything was fixed in a week.
Not one time did anyone apologize for their tech installing the tires wrong. The corporate office never offered a gift card to cover the $1.50 a week I had to put in air machines from November to late march, or the time I wasted putting air in my tires.
