| - This was my spot! I loved the previous owner and the new owners grew on me. They do great nails and it's a very clean, tidy place and I have always had a good experience. However, a couple of weeks ago, was my last visit. My daughter and I were in to get pedi's before our vacation, and my daughter had really wanted a colored french tip. She was so excited! They were very short staffed that day, and it was busy! We sat and they got started. The lady that worked on my toes was rough and it was uncomfortable. Even when I squirmed in my seat, she didnt care to notice. The owner worked on my daughter. Her toe had bled really bad and the owner even mentioned what she had done. Then we looked down and noticed that she was getting a full color instead of the french tip. I mentioned it and instead of saying, "let me correct this", she laughed and said the color looked good. When we went to pay, thinking she was going to give us a discount for her mistake and hurting my daughter, we paid the full cost. I would have thought, with us being loyal customers, she would have done something. We walked out very disappointed.
