| - Ate at Diablos Las Vegas Father's Day Sunday for dinner, it was okay. The restaurant wasn't too busy, a decent crowd. The staff was very pleasant. Food was average tasting, well what I had anyway (Steak Nachos). The plus side to that is in my opinion the portions are pretty large, so you could definitely save some money and split a dish. The prices were your average Vegas prices, a bit exaggerated but agreeable. Be careful bc they will nickel and dime you for everything, LOL. You ask for something and the response will be "yeah but thats gonna be extra". Be aware the chips and salsa are not complementary!! They will ask you when your seated do you want chips and salsa as if it is complementary, but in fact when you receive the bill you have been charged without warning. The salsa is not that great, has a weird hint of something sweet. I had ordered a side of rice and beans but never got it. I will say our waiter was on the water refills, didn't miss a beat. Overall its a cool atmosphere conjoined to the Monte Carlo. Im sure with some drinks, good music, and friends you can have a good time there if thats your thing. I believe they also have a rooftop where you can dance and people watch, looks pretty cool. The check in on Yelp for the 2 for 1 drink is also available if you just walk outside the restaurant. You'll see a staff member passing out 2 for 1 drink coupons to everybody.
