| - I researched a lot before choosing a trainer. I wanted someone who was knowledgeable, experienced, and motivating. I finally narrowed it down and chose Tracy. I could not be happier with my choice! At this point, I train 3 times a week and I already feel a lot stronger than when I started four weeks ago. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and can't wait to see more progress! Tracy is extremely motivating and is always pushing for more. He knows what I am capable of, better than myself most days. I've tried other exercise routines, classes, etc and always had to drag myself to them. I hated going! But I actually look forward to each of my sessions with Tracy! When he tells you "good job" at the end of the set, you can bet he means it, and it feels great to hear! If you show up ready to work hard and follow his suggestions outside of the gym regarding diet, you will see results. If you want the best of the best, Tracy is your guy! There's no time like the present, and you won't regret it!
