  • Zero Stars. I saw the reviews and went anyways; I figured since I was buying parts from the parts counter I wouldn't have anything to worry about. I purchased two dirt bike tubes one for a little 70cc and another for 250cc. The tube for the 250 had a defect; cracked at base of valve stem brought it in expecting them to swap out the defective tube. The service rep said no. He went off to go check with someone else. Needless to say they do not care about their customers; still don't understand how they can sale broken/defective products. Yesterday my son was riding his 70cc for the second time and the tube went flat. All I can say is if you see how low their reviews are they are for good reason!!! Buyer beware!!!
