  • I ordered a cake for my daughters 16th birthday. We were excited to try it based on other reviews. First, when I picked it up, their employee put a lid on the box. The lid caused the scroll work on top of the cake to be messed up. It was black scroll too so there was no way for us to try and fix it. The cake was supposed to have 1 white tier and 1 strawberry tier. Both were white. Cake was so dry and not edible. Had no flavor at all and frosting was Crisco greasy. Not edible. Threw it out. Guests ate one bite. People felt bad for me that I wasted my money on this terrible product. Contacted the owner-Jay- with no reply back. KAK was a big disappointment!!!
