Drive thru experience:
We waited a full 5 minutes before we said, hello? Then a girl came to the intercom and took our order. However, there was no hello or apology for the wait. After we placed the order there was no thank you. We got to the window and she handed us our drinks but said nothing. Absolutely nothing! Then she walked away.
I cannot even begin to describe how flabbergasted I was. I was a mere passenger and did not have any direct conversation with this young lady but witnessed the entire thing. I will say that in my job we usually will hire employees for Starbucks because they are known for service but clearly they have no regard for upholding their reputation. I am truly appalled by her behavior that I wish I could have gotten her name to call Starbucks directly. You cannot treat people that way and if you don't like working with people go find another job.
