I recently bought a new Ford 2016 Edge from this dealership in Feb of 2016. Let me say this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Everything was going well until I signed the papers and drove off the lot. First of all AutoNation changed my account number without telling me so my first months payment was late because I paid an account that didn't even exist. Ford credit was nice enough to waive the fee but how can they give me a whole different account that what I had signed for which even changed my payment due date! Second and probably the most frustrating thing is dealing with the rebate I was promised when buying the car. I was told was going to receive a rebate and almost 3 months later still no sign of it. I have tried calling and talking to management and every time I do I am told that they will look into it and call me back. The problem is they never call me back. I work retail so I understand managers get busy but if you tell someone you will look into an issue and get back with them the DO IT!! I know this is a normal for AutoNation because my friend dealt the same thing but unfortunately he just gave up. I regret giving this business my dealership and although I love Ford AutoNation represents Ford so poorly and has some of the worst "managers" I have ever seen. It's a shame a business is run like this and I will never be returning to this dealership again.
