Unhappy customer - due to poor customer service. I bought an expensive Kenneth Cole computer bag for my daughter for Christmas and 3 months past and I asked them could I exchange for something else, I was expecting her to use for university but she did not like it, she is 19...and fickle anyway.. (had original bag with stuffing, all tags still on bag etc) - brand new and even when I agree to take 25% off the original price and exchange it for something else in the store that day - they said they would "call me back" after contacting head office, which they never did. Both very defensive, argumentative and difficult to deal with. Even when I said I understand its been almost 3 months but could you please make an exception or at least call head office. I give them a big thumbs down and will never step foot in Baggery in Hillcrest Mall ever again.
