  • PLEASE change your spa managment! The facility is great, the actual spa therapists are great but the people running the spa are clueless! I've been to spas all over the world and have never experienced such a poorly run facility. Both times I have given this spa a try I left frustrated with the staff. Please hire some people with high end spa experience to make this spa what it should be. It really takes away from the experience when those running the spa are not experienced and have no clue how to treat their guests or create a relaxing environment upon arrival.
