  • We love Dr. Cohen and all his work but unfortunately they dropped us as clients. My daughter has been using him as a dentist since she was 5 years old (she is 15 now), we recently moved back to Scottsdale and we took her to get her cavities checked out, he put her on a medication and told us to Come back in 2 weeks. We called him back and rescheduled 2 times and called and canceled both times. We were under extreme stress with moving and we had multiple health problems occur but Dr. Cohen's new employee informed us we were dropped because we exceeded the number of times to cancel or "no show" appointments. This frustrated my entire family and my daughter is very upset considering he was her favorite dentist. If you have a very busy family and sometimes have to cancel appointments then I suggest you go to a dentist that is more forgiving and sympathetic.
