Nice and clean place with an open kitchen and a nice flame brick oven. I like the menu and decided to go for the Prosciutto Italiano Sandwich which was served with a house-made almost pita like bread that had a wonderful crisp to it. The flavor was very good and I would certainly order it again. Unfortunately the sandwich was light on the main ingredient which was the Prosciutto. If they had gone a little heavier on it I would have been sold but perhaps they need to raise the price a bit to work with such an expensive ingredient.
The staff (possibly owner) was very friendly and reminded me of the folks back east who own family joints. I will look to try the pizza next which cook quick in the hot oven and look quite good. If they have good pizza I am happy to bump them up a star.
