  • They were on time and did the job extremely quick, so quick that they did not treat the stains and left the carpet looking like it wasn't professionally cleaned. Prior to our service, we were told that if they felt they could not remove stains they would let us know up front and not complete the cleaning or charge us for service. However, they did not communicate anything until they completed the "cleaning" and said it was all they could do. I called to talk with someone in their office and was told that the Boss was actually one of the guys working on our job! I was told the Boss would contact me to discuss our concerns and possible refund. We never received any call from the Boss. We're very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. We will not be using this service in the future and definitely will not recommend to others.
