  • I tried to take my secretary here for lunch Friday. They were busy, and I had no reservation. Totally understandable, we'll go somewhere else. However, they said we could sit at the bar which was wide open. Silly me; I didn't think they meant it literally! We did sit there, totally ignored for 10 minutes. No water, no "we'll be right with you." We were simply invisible. The worst part? There were 4-5 employees standing around doing nothing. We gave up and left. Bye, Felicia!
