  • My son just had the WORST haircut experience of his life! He has been growing his hair out for 6 months now, and decided to go in and have the split ends trimmed off, maybe an eighth of an inch. The woman that cut his hair, Natalia, butchered his hair so bad, and cut off at least an inch, so he can no longer put his hair up in a ponytail. The worst part is that it is still very uneven, once the haircut was done. My son is very easy going person, but he got in my car and...well, let's just say that my car ride home was very unpleasant and I could hv used some earplugs. He got home and went straight to his kickbox bag! I went back to Great Clips, and the manager gave me a refund. I asked her to point out who cut my son's hair, and she did. I confronted Natalia and she never even apologized. In fact, she defended herself by saying to me that my son was in a bad mood when he came in. First of all that was not true, we had just come from lunch and we were laughing and deciding which movie we were going to go to tonight. He had told me that she had an attitude before she even started the haircut. I asked him why he didn't just get up and leave or ask for somebody different, and he said because he didn't want to hurt her feelings or embarrass her. This woman, Natalia, has no integrity and did not deserve a tip or any money whatsoever. The manager assured me that she was not new, so maybe this woman needs to go find herself a new career path! Suggestion to you Natalia: You should not work in any type job that requires being kind and good social skills, because you don't have any!!!
