  • I need someone who knows what they are doing at this company to help me right now. After a harrowing neighbor situation, I have been out of my townhouse for a year now. First I was told by Roundpoint that I had been approved to do a short sale, and even had a buyer...then was denied. I submitted the documents for a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure in December and every single week someone from Roundpoint calls and says "the deed in lieu is in the process of closing." I call bull. I guarantee no progress is happening with it. I need closure on this. The problem with my house and it being taken away from me by a neighbor has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Someone get this fixed. Now.
