  • If you've never had posole before, this is the place to try but I'm gonna warn you, they set the bar high. Probably better than my grandmother's recipe. Huge portion of meat, complimented by a chile broth and hominy with perfect tenderness. Their salsa is thick and quite tasty. It's not the New Mexico style I'm used to but it was another 10 for taste and quality. My main entree was three stacked enchiladas, Christmas style (red and green sauce)...oh crap, I over-ordered. The stacked are very cool -- like a Mexican lasagne. My waiter was excellent. Great personality and very attentive. This place is popular for a reason. I hope to swing by again in the near future.
