  • I've just come home from Dr. Radcliffe's office this morning, very happy. Satisfied. I had a temporary fix done for now, but when you do not have a front tooth, it's like... missing a front tooth. You have a hole in your smile. It's bad. Really, really bad. I've always had horrible teeth and I am 100% certain I have more fillings than Ms. Jessica B., and my teeth are yellow-er... :0l I spent quite a lot on cosmetic dentistry during the last decade and I absolutely HATE looking at the x-ray of my jaws. It was on Day 4 of not having my front tooth when I called Dr. Radcliffe's office. I was devastated. I looked for a good dentist in Phoenix area on Yelp. Experience is surely important but after my previous dentist (I gave her one star), I wanted to find someone who would respect my needs. "low turnover" was also the key, so, I thank Ms. Amy H. for that piece of information in her review. When Cathy, the Office Manager, took my first phone call, I immediately knew the difference between Dr. Radcliffe's office and my last dentist. She is friendly, caring, attentive and genuine. When I approached her in the office today, I did not have to give her my name. Without opening my mouth, she knew I was the girl missing her front tooth... Isn't that great?? Karin, the doctor's assistant was another sweet lady in the office. I've always had overly energetic hygienists/assistants, who acted as if they had been my BFF since my childhood. Karin is sweet, calm, professional, and makes you feel comfortable with her soft approach. And Dr. Radcliffe. Although this is just a temporary fix, it is a great fix he did for me! He bonded my broken front tooth the way I wanted (which my last dentist refused to do), and it's working. He is very pleasant, patient and understanding. He listened to our needs, incl. our financial situation, and took that into consideration when speaking of making future plans for my bad teeth. He was at no time pushy but realistic. He was professional and straightforward throughout the consultation. Now I can smile whenever I want to, and that feels great! The office is modern, bright and very clean. Dr. Radcliffe is wonderful, and so is his team. I highly recommend this practice.
