  • Don't do it! I paid $1,700 for all my windows on my home. They screwed two of them up and a week later I'm getting excuses their to busy, I lost my tool belt, I lost my phone..... Obviously, I got burned and they aren't coming back to rescreen two windows they screwed up! Now I have to call another company to come and fix their problem. In RESPONSE TO RICKS COMMENT BELOW Rick, Help me with your excuses.... I called and asked for a quote, and Scott came to my house and provided a quote. I said great......can you get it done by 09/21/2017...... "I was told yes........" I confirmed with him 9/21/2017 as there was a wedding taking place at the house, and then we would be gone and property would be locked up with security and cameras. If you can't do the job and do it right then don't take the job..... So now you're offended by less than stellar review of your services. You made a mistake on three screens, we accommodate for the wedding but needed them re-screened before we left the property. All I got was excuses..........and you were paid if full........... Scott lost his cell phone........ Scott lost his tool belt........... What does his cell phone or tool belt have to do with re-screening two screens? I spent $38.76 on screen at Home Depot and quickly changed out the screens to the proper screen in about 30 minutes....... I do appreciate your response, as it truly demonstrates your attention to customers and how you treat them. I have taken a screenshot of your comments and will be filing with Better Business Bureau Complaint. I will also provide the details to BBB how you took cash for the job so you wouldn't have to pay Federal, State, and City of Glendale Taxes.
