  • On my birthday a friend of mine took me into this shop and bought me my first mod and atty. I got the Mutant Mod and Asmodus atty and a short time later I had quit cigarettes. Great selection in juice and great customer service. I kept going into the shop to try new juices and ended getting more Mods and atties from them. Shout out to Anthony who helped out the whole time on my birthday and Shawn and Mike thanks for making my first time vaping a good one. My last post was from my experience in October of 2014, since then I have gone back but not as often, and now I unfortunately have to say that the customer service has gone down. The assistant manager always looks like he's in a bad mood and has poor communication with customers, I had also received bad advice to fix one of my attys that ultimately shorted out 3 of my 26650 batteries, the owner did replace 2 of them but not all 3. It is now April 2015 and the only one who pays attention to me and my family when we do go there is the owner, all I have to say is the staff really needs to learn better customer service.
